President & CEORead BioTyler Koschnick, Ph.DPresident & CEO
Dr. Tyler Koschnick is President and Chief Executive Officer of SePRO Corporation, bringing more than three decades of experience in aquatic science, water resource management, and environmental stewardship. Since joining SePRO in 2006, he has held a series of leadership positions spanning research, regulatory affairs, commercial operations, and executive management, helping guide the company’s growth and expansion.
Tyler’s career is rooted in aquatic plant management and restoration science. He has served in research and regulatory roles, where he focused on the development and stewardship of solutions designed to support healthy aquatic ecosystems.
Beyond SePRO, Tyler is a recognized leader within the aquatic resource management community. He has served as President of the National and Midwest Chapter of the Aquatic Plant Management Socirety and the Aquatic Ecosystem Restoration Foundation. He has a publication record of over 40 papers, including 20 peer-reviewed articles, and served as a director on several Boards and participated in various advisory committees.
Tyler earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Agronomy, specializing in Aquatic Weed Science, from the University of Florida. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and environmental studies from Ohio Northern University where he is a member of the alumni advisory board. His combination of scientific expertise and industry leadership continues to shape SePRO’s commitment to science-led innovation, environmental stewardship, and sustainable resource management. -
Chief Financial OfficerRead BioEric WeberChief Financial Officer
Eric Weber serves as Chief Financial Officer of SePRO Corporation, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, and capital management activities. Working closely with SePRO’s leadership team, he helps support the company’s continued growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
Eric brings more than two decades of financial and operational leadership experience across private equity-backed and publicly traded organizations. Throughout his career, he has built and managed financial infrastructures that support growth, led strategic transactions, and partnered with executive teams to drive business performance and organizational transformation.
Prior to joining SePRO in 2025, Eric served as Chief Financial Officer of Core BTS and held senior financial leadership roles with SILAC, General Finance Corporation, DuraMark Technologies, and New Sunshine. His experience spans mergers and acquisitions, financing, post-merger integration, operational oversight, and profitability enhancement. During his tenure as Chief Financial Officer of General Finance North America, he played a key role in the company’s $1 billion acquisition by United Rentals.
Eric began his career with KPMG before moving into leadership positions across technology, manufacturing, industrial, and consumer products organizations. His combination of financial expertise, strategic perspective, and operational experience supports SePRO’s continued growth and long-term value creation. -
Chief Commercial OfficerRead BioSam BarrickChief Commercial Officer
Sam Barrick serves as Chief Commercial Officer of SePRO Corporation, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy with a clear focus on helping customers solve complex water stewardship and environmental challenges. He is responsible for aligning SePRO’s portfolio, market approach and commercial and advocacy teams to deliver measurable value to customers and accelerate sustainable growth across diverse markets. .
With more than 25 years of leadership experience in land and water and environmental restoration markets, Sam brings a proven track record of translating customer needs into high impact solutions. Prior to joining SePRO, he served in senior commercial leadership roles and as President of a family business.
Sam is an active industry leader, serving on the RISE( (Responsible Industry for a Sound Environment) Governing Board and on the RISE Aquatic Committee as the Strategic Council. Sam is a sustaining member of the Aquatic Plant Management Society and a sustaining member of the Aquatics Ecosystem Restoration Foundation. Throughout his career, he has built expertise spanning sales, marketing, product development, and business strategy, with a consistent focus on delivering value to customers and industry partners.
Since joining SePRO, Sam has played a key role in advancing the company’s commercial objectives and supporting collaboration across sales, marketing, and business development functions. His leadership helps ensure that customer needs remain central to SePRO’s efforts to deliver innovative solutions and drive long-term growth.

VP, OperationsRead BioKyle Beery, Ph.DVP, Operations
Dr. Kyle Beery serves as Vice President of Operations at SePRO Corporation, where he leads the company’s manufacturing and operational functions in support of its water restoration and environmental solutions businesses. In this role, he oversees SePRO’s manufacturing operations, operational systems, and supply chain functions.
Kyle brings more than two decades of experience spanning manufacturing, process engineering, research and development, and commercial operations. Since joining SePRO in 2025, he has helped strengthen the company’s operational capabilities and manufacturing infrastructure.
Prior to joining SePRO, Kyle served as Vice President of Operations and Director of Manufacturing at Certis Biologicals, where he led manufacturing operations supporting biological solutions for agriculture. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions with AgBiome, DuPont, and Archer Daniels Midland, building expertise in process development, technology transfer, commercialization, and large-scale manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives ranging from pilot and demonstration-scale operations to full commercial production, helping bring innovative technologies from concept to market.
Kyle earned his Ph.D. and M.S.E. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering all from Purdue University. He holds 11 US patents, has published 8 scientific papers and is a Senior Member of both the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the American Chemical Society. His combination of technical expertise, operational leadership, and manufacturing experience continues to support SePRO’s commitment to innovation, environmental stewardship, and sustainable resource management. -
VP, Research, Regulatory, & InnovationRead BioJoe Armstrong, Ph.DVP, Research, Regulatory, & Innovation
Dr. Joe Armstrong serves as Vice President of Research, Regulatory & Innovation at SePRO Corporation, where he leads the company’s research and development strategy, regulatory initiatives, and innovation pipeline. In this role, he oversees the development and stewardship of science-based technologies that help customers protect, restore, and sustainably manage water and land resources.
Since joining SePRO in 2022, he has helped expand the company’s research capabilities and advance its long-term innovation strategy, supporting the discovery, development, and stewardship of technologies designed to help customers protect, restore, and sustainably manage water and land resources. In 2025, he was promoted to Vice President of Research, Regulatory & Innovation, reflecting his contributions to SePRO’s continued growth and advancement.
Prior to joining SePRO, Joe held a series of crop protection R&D positions at Corteva Agriscience, most recently serving as Technology Characterization Leader for Discovery Herbicides. Joe started his career as an Assistant Professor and Weed Science Extension Specialist at Oklahoma State University.
Joe earned his Ph.D. in Weed Science from Michigan State University, an M.S. in Weed Science from Purdue University, and a B.S. in Agronomy from Kansas State University. -

Adam Hemmings serves as Chief Human Resources and Sustainability Officer of SePRO Corporation, where he leads the company’s human resources strategy, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and sustainability initiatives. In this role, he helps shape the culture, leadership, and workforce strategies that support SePRO’s continued growth and long-term success.
Adam brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and business leadership across the life sciences, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. Since joining SePRO in 2020, he has played a key role in advancing the company’s people strategy, leadership development efforts, and sustainability commitments. In 2024, he was appointed Chief Human Resources and Sustainability Officer, reflecting his leadership in shaping both organizational culture and corporate responsibility initiatives.
Prior to joining SePRO, Adam held senior human resources leadership positions at Elanco Animal Health and Eli Lilly and Company. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale organizational transformations, talent development programs, succession planning initiatives, and workforce strategies designed to support growth and long-term business performance.
Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety from Indiana State University. His experience in leadership development, organizational change, and sustainability continues to support SePRO’s commitment to building a high-performing organization focused on innovation, stewardship, and long-term impact. -
Chief Digital OfficerRead BioTim HowardChief Digital Officer
Tim Howard serves as Chief Digital Officer of SePRO Corporation, where he leads the company’s digital business unit and is responsible for advancing SePRO’s digital strategy and transformation initiatives. In this role, he oversees the integration of AI across SePRO and the development and growth of technology-enabled customer solutions, including SePRO’s Always in Monitoring platform designed to facilitate AI-assisted data-driven decision making. .
Tim brings more than four decades of experience spanning technology, life sciences, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining SePRO, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Arietta.ai, where he led a team of AI, life science, and SaaS technology experts focused on developing responsible AI-driven solutions for complex scientific and business challenges.
Throughout his career, Tim has founded, led, advised, and invested in high-growth technology companies. As a Partner at Stonecroft Capital for more than two decades, he worked closely with life science and healthcare technology organizations, leading strategic transactions, growth initiatives, and value creation efforts. Earlier in his career, he founded Galt Associates, a bioinformatics company that became a market leader in drug safety analytics and was ultimately acquired by Cerner.
Tim’s experience at the intersection of technology, data science, and life sciences helps advance SePRO’s digital transformation strategy and the development of innovative solutions for customers. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Ursinus College and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
