SePRO Kicks Off 28th Annual Stewards of Water Business Leadership Seminar

Uniting Industry Leaders to Advance Water Stewardship and Digital Innovation

Carmel, IN – October 22, 2025 – SePRO Corporation, a leader in environmental solutions for water and land restoration, is hosting the 2025 Stewards of Water Business Leadership Seminar at The Crowne Plaza Union Station in Indianapolis. The annual gathering brings together business owners and leaders of lake and pond management companies from across the country to collaborate on innovating water restoration, technology, and stewardship.

Now in its 28th year, the seminar highlights SePRO’s long-standing commitment to empowering partners, known as Stewards of Water, who collectively protect, preserve, and restore water resources nationwide. The event’s theme, “Hop on Board,” reflects both the historic train-station venue and the shared goal of restoring 20 million acres of water within the next five years.

This year’s program features keynote speaker Jay Baer, author and business strategist, leading sessions on “Quick, Clear, Kind” leadership and communication. Attendees will also hear from SePRO executives and scientists, including Dr. Mark Heilman, Dr. West Bishop, and Chief Commercial Officer, Sam Barrick, who will preview upcoming innovations in A.I. integrated digital diagnostics and water quality restoration.

A key moment of the Seminar will highlight SePRO’s leadership in advancing innovation across water restoration, showcasing new approaches and technologies that make ecosystem management more precise, proactive, and effective.

“The Stewards of Water represent the best in our industry, companies that lead with science, innovation, and stewardship,” said Tyler Koschnick, President & CEO of SePRO. “Together, we’re building a stronger community of partners and a scalable model for restoring the health of our nation’s waters.”

The two-day event will include breakout sessions on applied science, digital transformation, and engaging local communities in long-term ecosystem restoration and sustainability.
