Algimycin® PWF

Algimycin PWF Algaecide/Cyanobacteriocide is a chelated copper formulation designed for potable-water applications. Ideal for algae and cyanobacteria in potable water, including organisms that can adversely affect taste and odor.

Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 60 for use in drinking water, Algimycin PWF helps control algae and cyanobacteria, improve water clarity, and reduce post-treatment potable water costs. The formulation will not precipitate out under normal storage conditions or in alkaline or hard water.

Algimycin PWF supports flexible application in still, slow-moving, and moving waters. In still or slow waters, dilute with enough water for even distribution and spray application to the treatment area; in moving waters, it can be applied using drip irrigation or injection until downstream waters reach the desired copper concentration.
