Cutrine® Plus Granular

Cutrine Plus Granular targets bottom-growing filamentous and benthic algae with rapid-sinking granules that deliver chelated copper where the problem starts.

Product Overview

Algae control from bottom to top.

Cutrine Plus Granular is built for targeted algae control in residential ponds and small lakes. The rapid-sinking granular formulation reaches underwater, stringy filamentous algae and bottom-growing algae, then releases chelated copper over time for efficient control. It is also effective on Hydrilla and is a better fit for bottom growth than surface-focused liquid applications.

  • Controls filamentous and benthic algae
  • Rapid-sinking granules target bottom-growing algae
  • Visible reduction in algae growth typically appears 1 to 2 days after application
  • Chelating agents help prevent copper precipitation for longer activity
  • More effective than copper sulfate
  • Ideal for bottom growth; use liquid Cutrine Plus for surface algae
