Muck-PRO® Aquatic Microbial Blend consists of beneficial bacteria that break down organic matter, enhance water clarity, and diminish odors in lakes and ponds. Muck-PRO® is for organic sediment, leaf litter, dead algae cells, grass clippings, dead plant matter, and other materials commonly found in pond and lake muck.

The ready-to-use pellets sink quickly to target muck on the bottom and near beaches and docks. Muck-PRO® contains bacteria and enzymes for digesting organic muck and eliminating odors, with 3 billion colony-forming units per gram.

Muck-PRO® is especially useful after an algaecide or herbicide application, where decaying weeds or algae can leave residual organic material. When used alongside diffused aeration, the product can accelerate the decomposition process, and regular maintenance doses help maintain a healthy, balanced pond ecosystem.
