AMP↑™

Amp↑™ Activator is a concentrated blend of proteins and surfactants designed to improve the efficacy of aquatic herbicides and algaecides.

Product Overview

Boost aquatic pesticide performance with a purpose-built activator.

Amp↑™ Activator is a concentrated blend of proteins and surfactants for use in aquatic plant management programs. Designed to enhance aquatic pesticide performance, Amp can be tank-mixed or used as a sequential treatment with compatible aquatic herbicides and algaecides.

SePRO positions Amp Activator as a tool for improving treatment efficacy against nuisance aquatic plants and algae, including tolerant weeds such as hybrid milfoil. It is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 60 for drinking water and is labeled for use in lakes, reservoirs, ponds, and irrigation systems.

In SePRO field trial language, adding Amp Activator at 1 gallon per acre-foot to a Harpoon Aquatic Herbicide Hydrilla application increased biomass reduction from 67% to 83%. For optimal results, SePRO notes tank mixing at 1 part Amp Activator to 9 parts water or using sequential treatments when required by the companion product.
